When pay scale and benefits of Govt. employees are effective in commensurate to the Labour Law, so that, to secure equality before law, the Govt. as well as the learned labour Courts need to secure, the educated persons registered with the labour department, remuneration/income at per the payment structure/remuneration of the Govt. employees commensurate to the labour law, to those persons denied Govt. employment but engaged themselves in private employment or self-emplyment in the public.
The equality before law certainly applicable to all the educated persons registered with the labour department irrespective of the Govt. employees, private employees or the self-employed in the public. A fundamental right.
The objective of said registration is to secure income as per the occupational status and education as available in labour law.
